Fractional CFO Services
The numbers are bigger now. The decisions are, too.
Executive-level financial strategy for founders building profitable, scalable, and eventually sellable businesses.
Hustle culture got you to a seven-figure business, and let’s be real: Hitting seven-figures is exciting. (You go, Glen Coco.)
But it's also the point where many founders realize revenue alone isn't enough. Because the questions? They change.
Can we afford another senior hire?
Is our pricing actually supporting healthy margins?
Why does cash still feel tighter than it should?
Which services are driving profit—and which are quietly draining it?
Are we building a business that could run without me?
And if I wanted to sell this company in a few years...would anyone actually want to buy it?
Those are CFO questions.
And they deserve more than a spreadsheet and a quarterly check-in.
No good CEO makes million-dollar decisions alone.
At this stage, growth isn't about working harder. It's about having the right information, the right strategy, and the right financial partner in your corner so that you no longer have to do this by yourself.
Our Fractional CFO service gives you executive-level financial leadership without the cost of a full-time CFO. We become an extension of your leadership team, helping you improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, make smarter hiring decisions, and build a business that's designed to grow without everything depending on you.
Because your bank balance can tell you how much cash is sitting in the account today.
But it can't tell you whether your:
pricing is healthy,
team is structured efficiently,
next hire is financially sustainable,
margins are improving, or
company is becoming more valuable over time.
That's where we open the door and make our entrance.

What working with us looks like
Each fractional CFO engagement is tailored specifically to you & your business’ needs, but the main structure is as follows:
Starting at $2000 per month.
Meet your strategic partner
Brittney didn't just study accounting. She's operated at scale.
She had a Roth IRA at 16, led the accounting department of a $250M company by 30, and built two profitable businesses while raising a family. She understands both the numbers and the realities of building a business that supports the life you actually want.
Clients often tell us they appreciate two things most: the depth of strategic insight and the fact that we make complex financial decisions feel surprisingly understandable.
No corporate jargon.
No disappearing after the onboarding call.
Just experienced financial leadership that's responsive, practical, and genuinely invested in your success.
What Changes When You Have A CFO?
You stop wondering if you can afford to hire. You stop making pricing decisions based on gut and whims. You stop getting surprised by cash flow swings. You stop treating your paycheck like a leftover. You stop guessing which parts of the business are actually profitable.
And you start leading with confidence because you finally have visibility into what the business is doing, where it's headed, and what needs to happen next. That's the difference between being busy and being strategically in control.
Is this right for you?
Our Fractional CFO service is best suited for service-based businesses generating approximately $1M–$5M+ in annual revenue that are:
scaling a team,
making increasingly complex financial decisions,
looking to improve profitability,
preparing for future growth or a potential exit,
and ready for proactive financial leadership—not just reactive accounting.
If you're still in the early stages of growth, our Full-Service Accounting or Strategic Tax + Advisory services may be a better fit for where you are today.
Investment
Fractional CFO engagements begin at $2,000/month, with most clients investing between $3,000–$5,000/month depending on the level of support and the complexity of the business.
Every proposal is customized based on your goals, team structure, and the strategic priorities we identify during the discovery process.
Ready To Build A Business That's Not Dependent On You?
You don't need a full-time CFO to get executive-level financial leadership.
You need a partner who understands where you're headed, can help you make smarter decisions along the way, and is owning their role in building a business that's more profitable today—and more valuable tomorrow.

An accountant primarily records and reports financial transactions, while a fractional CFO focuses on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and helping business owners make informed decisions for growth. Think of an accountant as a historian, a CFO as a forecaster.
-
100%.CFOs are meant to help you make decisions around pricing, profit margins, investments, hiring, etc., and growth-focused small business owners can greatly benefit from having someone who isn’t in the weeds of the business take a fresh, data-focused look at what’s actually going on. A fractional CFO gives you access to that expertise without the cost of adding another full-time executive to your payroll.

The first 90 days are about getting the full picture of your business and turning your numbers into a plan. We'll dig into your financials, cash flow, profitability, pricing, goals, and current challenges, then identify the biggest opportunities and risks. From there, we'll establish the KPIs that matter most, build the right reporting and forecasting tools, and create a clear financial strategy for moving forward.
-
I know everyone hates this answer, but…it depends. There is no universal list because the right KPIs depend on your business model and goals; however, most business owners should have a handle on revenue, profit margin, cash flow, accounts receivable, operating expenses, and cash reserves. Depending on your business, we may also look at things like revenue per employee, client profitability, or customer acquisition costs. The goal isn't to drown you in all the numbers but to figure out which numbers truly move the needle and focus on those.
-
We'll typically meet monthly for your CFO strategy sessions, where we’ll review what the numbers are telling us, talk through what's happening in the business, and make decisions for what's next. But do not fret if something urgent comes up. We’re here M-F to answer any questions that come up throughout the week.
-
Yes, we love working with people who are already doing a great job! We’re happy to collaborate with your bookkeeper, CPA, payroll provider, or other advisors so everyone is working from the same information and toward the same goals.

Fractional CFO services are typically a great fit for established, growing businesses that have moved beyond basic bookkeeping and need more strategic financial leadership. We often work with businesses in the high six figures through the multi-million-dollar range, but revenue isn't the only factor. The bigger question is whether your business has reached the point where financial decisions are getting more complex—and you need someone experienced in your corner to help you make them.
